If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is dispatched, changes cannot be made.

Q: Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Q: How much does delivery cost?

  • Standard Delivery: £7.99 for orders under £50.
  • Free Delivery: For orders over £50.
  • Remote Areas (Highlands and Islands): £12.99. Please select the appropriate option at checkout to avoid delays.

Q: How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or the option to wait until it’s available.

Q: Do you provide tracking for deliveries?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.


Returns and Refunds

Q: Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, you can return unused and unopened products within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We only accept returns for products in their original, unused condition. Used items are not eligible for return.
