2. Payment Terms
We accept all major credit and debit cards as secure online payment methods. We do not store card information, this is processed securely by our payment processing partner, Stripe.
For your convenience, we also offer payment options such as PayPal and bank transfer.
Payments must be completed at the time of order. For bank transfers, stock will be reserved for 3 days, and failure to make prompt payment will result in the cancellation of your order.
3. Order Processing and Dispatch
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays, but will strive to ship the same day the order is placed, if before 13h00.
- We keep stock levels online, but in the unlikely event that a product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to either cancel the order for a full refund or wait for the product to be restocked and shipped as soon as it becomes available.
- All shipping timeframes are estimates and subject to courier schedules and delays beyond our control.
4. Delivery Policy
We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only.
- Standard Delivery: £7.99 for orders under £50 and free for orders over £50.
- Remote Areas: For addresses classified as Highlands and Islands by UPS, a £12.99 delivery fee applies. Customers are required to select the appropriate delivery option to avoid delays.
5. Returns and Refunds
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, the following terms apply:
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
- Condition of Returns: All products must be returned in an unused, unopened, and resalable condition. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use or wear.
- Refund Deductions: Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will process a refund. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Return Timeframe: Items must be reported and returned within 14 days of receipt.

Beetastic and My Shadow Ltd accept no liability for any losses, injuries, or damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper use and handling of all items purchased.
